I’ve not made pumpkin bread, at least not in recent memory. The students at work made some to thank staff and I got the leftover ingredients, yay.
I’m going to give it as gifts if it tastes good. I had to write the recipe on a different sheet of paper to make sense of it, since the ingredients were listed by quantity instead of the order to use then the instructions weren’t clear. Plus it didn’t have the bake time for the little loaves.
I had to smoosh the one pan to get them all to fit in the oven, we’ll eat that one. 🙂 They’re cooling right now.
